Mike Trader's Mid-America Basketball Camps

The aim of the Mike Trader’s Mid-America Basketball School will be to teach and develop individual skills. Fundamentals will be stressed. Individual drills and training techniques to develop strength, endurance, quickness, and jumping ability will be taught. Each camper will be analyzed with the assistance of individual movies and attention given to individual problems. Lectures, demonstrations and competition will be according to age level and ability so each camper will have an opportunity to excel.
The School is open to students from 8 years of age through the 11th grade.
Camp Includes:
* Videotaped shot analysis * Individual skill testing * Supervised league games * Olympic style award medals * Slam dunk contest for all ages * 1 on 1, 3 on 3 contests * Camp photo * All-star game * Championship staff * Camp and age championships * Off-season workout plan * All you can eat food policy * Camp t-shirt * Every camper is a starter * Dunk machines (adjustable)
